Psychology Undergraduate Research Community
The Psychology Undergraduate Research Community (PURC) is a space for undergrads to learn more about psychological research, present to their peers, and develop professional skills outside of the laboratory. We meet approximately once every two weeks in person (with hybrid options over Zoom) and our meetings include research presentations by undergraduates, research presentations by graduate students, guest lectures from faculty and industry professionals, workshops on statistical skills, and information about applying to graduate school. We also hold intensive writing workshops to help students apply to graduate school in psychology and the Research Opportunity Program! If you're interested, you can find more information and sign up for the listerv on the PURC website, as well as recordings of previous meetings on the PURC Google Drive.
